Our Ellis Hollow duplexes are all new since 2002. All are within 4 miles of Cornell University, banks and shopping. Each unit has two large bedrooms and a half bath upstairs. The downstairs living area has an efficient corner gas fireplace that does a nice job of heating the whole place.

The kitchen is a cook's dream, lots of cabinets, plentiful counter space, gas stove and dishwasher. The full bath

has a whirlpool tub. A bonus room is perfect for a home office. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet connections A coin-op washer and dryer is available in a shared utility room located between apartments.
