Rates and Openings for 2012-2013

Our rental season seems to start earlier every year! Thanks to everyone who has already written me to ask regarding this year's rental availability. I apologize that I have been less than johnny on the spot with answers, my tenants themselves often do not know for sure what their plans are for staying or moving until just a few months before they need to renew or move. I am in the process of finding out from everyone what their plans are, and a list of those I know about is now available down this page. Charlie and I are hard at work hammering out the financial end of things, discussing what rents need to be this year just to stay even. A rent increase looks inevidible, sadly, but just how much is still a bit unsettled. 

Available apartments are listed further down this page. Those folks who are already on our wait list will have first shot at renting them.

    Looks like I will probably have two apartments in 1682 that will be available, one on June 1, one on August 1 There most likely will  be more.

The Magnum Opus is ???? for 2012 so far
